Gift Wrap City

By ordering on this website you are accepting our terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with them please do not use this website.
  1. Strictly trade customers only.
  2. £50 minimum order value (ex VAT) applies to ensure that traders are purchasing, and this covers our one price postage and packing fee. Free postage and packing for orders over £150
    (please see item 8 also)
  3. Your credit/debit card reciept will show Voucherline - we are the sister company to Gift Wrap City.
    If you require an account with us, you may be entitled to discount based on volume purchased.  Please contact us on 0845 226 2216 or email us on info@voucherline.com
  4. If you already have an account with Rupert Magnus, then you are advised not to order online, as your prices will not include your volume discount.  Our online website is for convenience, saving you travelling time to get to our warehouse.  Your prices online reflect this saving and assist us to provide this service to our customers.
  5. All prices are correct at time of publication, however, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notification.
  6. All trade prices are shown excluding V.A.T at the current rate 
  7. We aim to despatch goods within 24hrs of the order being placed. Working days are Monday - Thursday (except for Bank Holidays). UK ONLY. We normally despatch same day, but cannot guarantee this. Friday orders are despatched on Monday.
  8. Free carriage on orders over £150 ex vat, carriage on orders below £150.00 will be charged at £6.95 inc vat (£23.50 for Ireland). Applies to Mainland UK Only. Scottish Highlands, Islands, Ireland & other countries will be subject to additional carriage charges and volume restrictions.  Orders over £150 for Ireland will be charged at the discounted amount of £16.50)
  9. It may be necessary to send items separately if not available for despatch with main order, this will not incur any extra delivery charges.
  10. Images and descriptions are for reference only and may differ slightly from actual item sent, especially packaging as manufacturers may change this without prior notification to us, sizes are approximated and are given to us by our suppliers. 
  11. We reserve the right to reject any order placed with us without giving any reason. If an order is rejected we will attempt to notify the buyer by using the email address given.
  12. Strictly NOT 'SALE or RETURN'
  13. All products are subject to availability.
  14. We cannot supply goods to the United States of America for insurance reasons.

Retuns policy

All packages are double checked before leaving our warehouse

In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, please contact us within three days of receiving goods at returns@giftwrapcity.co.uk

We cannot be held liable for goods shipped in good faith to an incorrect address due to wrong details having been entered on your registration form.

Important notice for overseas shipments

Please contact us before placing any order for overseas.  We do not usually organise shipments, but we can assist with collections made via your courier company.
